A vegetable that has clusters of tiny florets on a bunch of stalks. Cauliflowers come in white which is most common, green, and purple.
A specialty of southwestern France, it is a method of cooking and storing meat, usually duck or goose. The meat is salted and cooked in its own fat, then stored in a container covered with its cooking fat which helps to preserve it.
Wide pasta noodles, about one inch in width.
Fruit of the elder tree, it's purplish black in color and tart in flavor. They are often used to make jams, pies, and wine.
